A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that is applied by hand to the exterior of a vehicle. The coating chemically bonds with the vehicle’s factory paint, creating a layer of protection.

• Offers crystalline ceramic finish with superior optical purity which can resist micro scratching from road grime and washing.
• It is anti-stick: You know how mud and dirt can cling onto a vehicle? This isn’t an issue for cars that possess a ceramic coating, as it is a repellent for both mud and dirt. 
• Improves colour vibrance making the paintwork clearer, richer and making any metallic finish really stand out.
• Gives your paintwork ultra hydrophobic properties which repels water and can therefore eliminate the chance of stains when washing your vehicle, making the whole process easier. 
• Provides a wax look at all times and offers protection for the paintwork against UV rays and oxidation.

• Last Forever. As the saying goes, ‘nothing lasts forever,’ and that’s also the case with ceramic coating. While it can last up to 8 years depending on how the product is used and how it’s installed, you will need to reapply a coat when the time comes. If you come across a company claiming it will, in fact, “last forever,” keep in mind they will require you to get a top-up application each year.
• Protect against scratches and deep swirl marks. Even though some
  manufacturers will claim differently, a ceramic coating does not make your car resistant to scratches (except from micro scratches which you usually get from washing the car). The same can also be said for deep swirl marks caused by washing.
• Eliminate the need to wash your car. Unfortunately, and although the frequency is cut down, you will still need to wash your car from time to time. 

We use MATRIX BLACK who are an accredited partner with TBC Detailing. We believe this is the best available ceramic on the market with MATRIX claiming that the product will last up to 8 years. 

The answer is No. You can in-fact apply ceramic coat to almost all of the exterior and interior of the vehicle including; The Paintwork, Glass, interior and exterior trims, Wheels, Callipers, seats, steering wheel & dashboard etc.

Providing the dealership has the facilities available and are approved by our professionals, then our services can be provided at the specified location. This however is not usually the case, so instead we are able to collect the vehicle from the dealership in a covered trailer and transport it back to our premises to complete the detail. Once the personalised service is complete we will then re-deliver your vehicle back to the dealership, ready for your hand over reveal.

There are many signs that your vehicle will need a paint correction and these include;

• Swirl marks in direct sunlight
• Bird dropping stains
• Faded paintwork from UV ray damage. 
• Light scratches

• With PPF we supply a lifetime installation guarantee. Depending on the manufacturer of the material, Guarantees for the product itself can be up to 10 years depending on how you maintain your vehicle.
• With Ceramic Coats our approved manufacturer, MATRIX, offer a 8 year guarantee. Other guarantees will however vary depending on the ceramic coat manufacturer and how the vehicle is maintained once product is applied.

Yes, you can customise your detailing package to however you require. We do advise you to take out our premium package though, as this will protect your entire vehicle rather than leaving certain areas vulnerable to damage.

The length of the process will always depend on the package you chose but we will advise you accordingly. If however you chose our premium package this will take up to five days, whereas some of our smaller packages can take between two to three days. Despite the package level you chose you will always be provided with a courtesy vehicle.
