The process will still be the same our end, you will first come to us so we can asses the work required and generate an estimate for you. Providing you are happy with this, we will then send you over the final costs. At this stage we will then guide you to this page where you will click the “Request Finance” button below. This will take you to Chatsbrook/ Norton Finances page where you will be required to input the following details;

• In the Loan Amount section you will need state the amount required, which again has to be a minimum of £1,000.
• In the Loan Term section you will need to specify the term you would like to make the repayments over. This is typically between 1-3 years, however, you can specify any time period of your choice.
• In the Loan Purpose section you will need to select Car Purchase (as this is the only section available at the moment). Once Chatsbrook’s get in contact with you, you will need to inform them of the details regarding the actual service the finance is required for. This will need to include; “TBC Detailing”, the work you’re having completed, and the vehicles registration. So for example; “TBC Detailing – Premium Detailing Package on AU99 ABC”. They may contact you over the telephone, and if so, we would be grateful if you could still inform them of these details.

Following your application, Chatsbrook’s will be notified and will be in contact with you as soon as possible. It’s at this point you will need to provide them with the details stated in the “Loan Purpose” bullet point. Once the finance agreement has been sorted, and the money has been transferred to yourself, we will then require a 50% deposit upfront before we complete the work. Once we have received the deposit, we will then be able to go ahead with the job and take the remaining 50% upon completion.

We have a 30 day expiration policy on all of our estimates, however we are willing to extend this for any that are funded via this financed method, providing you apply for the finance within 2 days of us sending you the official estimate. If this is not the case, then we reserve the right to make amendments to our costs. This is a very unlikely situation, but the prices of the products we use can vary quite dramatically, so we need to give ourselves freedom for movement in our prices to fall inline with this.
